That's why we created our "love it or it's free guarantee".

1. One claim per customer (lifetime limit)

Limited to one claim per household, shipping address and billing address

2. First purchase only

Offer applies to first time customers only

3. One hoodie only per claim

The guarantee applies to only 1 hoodie per order - not multiple hoodies

4. Claims must be within 30 days of purchase

Any claim must be made within 30 days of purchasing your order

5. Order must be placed on our official website

Only purchases made directly through Givanivalor.com qualify for this guarantee

6. Valid order number required

We need your order details to verify the purchase and process your claim

7. Feedback required before refund

To process your refund, we ask that you complete a feedback form. This helps us improve future drops. Once we have received and reviewed your completed feedback form, your refund will be processed

8. Refunds issued to original payment method only

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Shipping costs are not included in the guarantee

9. We reserve the right to reject misuse or fraud

We reserve the right to review all claims to ensure the guarantee is being used as intended - for genuine dissatisfaction with fit, feel or quality.

Claims that look fraudulent or outside the spirit of the guarantee may be denied

10. Offer may change or end at any time

Givani Valor reserves the right to change or discontinue the guarantee at any time without giving notice
